so two weeks ago i went to this special psychoanalist (or something like that) ‘cause i’ve been really concerned about my mental health for a while now & today i got the results of a test he did on me

so basically i have a double dissociative disorder, which are called depersonalization & derealization disorders. both chronic at this point from taking too many different drugs or whatever

how the fuck did i end up having TWO mental disorders ffs i’m so over drugs already, i don’t even want to take whatever meds they will give me for this

at least i know why i feel they way i do all the time & that it won’t be like this for the rest of my life (i hope) because i’ve been through hell these last two years
